Coming Along!

As you can see from the pictures, the build out for the food truck is coming right along!  The stove and vent are in, the sinks, and most of the plumbing are done!  This week, a flat top will be going in next to the stove.  There will also be a work area and a fridge on that side of the truck.  On the side with the sinks we are going to have a sandwich prep area and another fridge.

Things that are awesome so far:
1.  The 2 fridges will allow us to bring more freshness to our cooking and serving.
2.  Look at those huge windows!  Not only will they let in tons of natural light, they also open up the kitchen so that those outside can see in!
3.  We added some electrical so that we will be able to have smoothies mixed up in our jumbo blender!
4. Pinterest is awesome when you are looking for ways to make small spaces in the kitchen more effecient.

Early next week we should have all the appliances in, and be looking at how we are going to trick this truck out!  Look for more pictues soon.
