We have just updated our volunteer page! Now it is even easier to see the where and whens of upcoming events, and the type of service that is needed from volunteers. All you have to do, is go to the volunteer page, see what event you want to help with, and then click on the sign up button. It will direct you to our sign up genius page, where you can register for a specific shift, and a which type of work.
Also on the same page, you can register to get on our email list. If you register for that, you will be the first to know when we post new events. None of what we do could be done without the help of our volunteers. Thank you for making a difference in our community. Your work and contributions are important!

,Here we are, just 20 days away from delivery. New this week are the flat top, and the sandwich cooler. There will be a slight change as we are moving the flat top over about 18 inches to allow for a small prep area for both the cooking surfaces. (Thanks for the idea, Beth V!) The coolers and the generator should be installed by the end of the week. The wrap (outside decoration) should be done the end of next week. The last week in January is all of the small finish details, being trained on how to run everything, and lots of paperwork from the counties, insurance agents, and Health Departments.
Words do not adequatly express how thankful we are to Texas Cart Builders for partnering with us. You can't tell from this video, but there were no less than 30 trucks parked in and around the garage, being built, as well as having maintenence. The people who are a part of Texas Cart Builders are experts in the industry, and all in all good people. We can not recommend them highly enough! If you haven't already, please look us up on social media, and follow us there!
